Mô tả công việc

_Assist Customer Service Director in providing effective & efficient service to ensure meeting KPI target of department and customer satisfaction.
_Lead & support all Service teams to achieve performance goals of team and Contact Center.
_Motivate & engage Service agents to deliver quality customer service standards.
_Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources.
_Set up, adjust, update KPI for each position to meet business requirement, work with Management Team to to manage day-to-day issues (i.e: internal/external fraud, high call volume, system breakdown,...)
_Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to Contact Center Director.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

_Experienced in Contact Center at least 5 years
_Strong analytic and project management skills
_Strong communication (both in English and Vietnamese) and tele-communication skills
_Strong stakeholder management skills
_Experience in Retail banking, operational knowledge of the various transactional processes
